With it's classic taste and perfect balance, La Minita is our flagship coffee from a  farm high in the Tirrazu region of Costa Rica.  In Spanish, La Minita means "the little mine" and the farm gets its name from an old legend that reports a hidden pre-Colobian gold mine on the property.  There probably isn't any gold on La Minita, but this farm produces a treasure by the same name that is considered the world's finest estate coffee.

Available in ½ pound or 1 pound bags.  Available as whole beans or ground.
